What Right-to-Work Means for Indiana

Feb. 1, 2012, Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels signed into law a bill that makes it illegal to force a worker to pay union dues to retain their employment. Now that Indiana is the 23rd state to adopt such legislation, and the first of the Midwestern manufacturing belt, the Mackinac Center discusses the potential impacts on the state as well as its neighboring competitors.
